Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Ethereal Crystal Witch, each crystal is chosen with love and intention. Due to the unique and personal nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Broken Items

We take great care in packaging every order, however if your crystal arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will do our best to make it right. 

Shipping Insurance

We strongly recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout, particularly for orders containing high-value or unique pieces. Insurance is available at checkout for a small additional fee.

Change of Mind

As each crystal is energetically unique, we are unable to accept change of mind returns.
